From the kitchen to the board room, Martyn’s experience in catering spans over 20 years. His leadership influences every area of Academy, ensuring we deliver our promise of great food and flawless service.
Whether he is refining menus or supporting the creation of innovative food concepts, Chris is the driving force behind our fresh food vision, and is always bringing his considerable experience to the Academy table.
David has over 40 years’ experience in catering; as an Army Chef, a Kitchen Manager in the NHS and extensive management experience in the public and private sectors. David ensures Academy delivers a truly customer-focused service.
People Development Manager
Supporting and delivering a mix of formal training, self-learning, coaching and the Management Apprenticeship, Dawn ensures whatever needs and ambitions our colleagues have, they are supported.
Steve started in catering as a Trainee Chef before progressing through from kitchen to Operations Manager and then for the last 10 years has worked in a Business and Development role.
Kevin began his career over 30 years go as a commis chef. Since then, he’s gained experience and knowledge in all areas of business in the Education sector. Kevin is passionate about people, food and delivering a quality catering service.
